He was in town for a speaking function for Discovery channel and did a Road Ride with some local folks and did actually stop by to see the end of the expert race.

I did the ride with Armstrong as well. He was really nice and in good shape! He even mentioned that the expert winner Keith Defiebre should send a resume to Discovery and that he was impressed by Defiebre's jumping skills as he cleared the gap jump in the short track each lap. I guess Armstrong was not a good jumper?
