Preliminary 2008 Downieville Results

UPDATE: Probably the closest to official results we'll see today are some photos of the results over at MTBR.

I haven't seen anything official posted, but Trek's Ross Schnell beat local heros Mark Weir and Jason Moesher to claim this year's All Mountain Crown at the Downieville Classic. It appears Mark Weir's hopes of repeating as downhill champion succumbed to some wheel issues. Unofficially, I am seeing the following results for the Pro All-Mountain (combined XC and DH) categories:
