Technical Difficulties

Sorry about the lack of updates this weekend, but I had a little technical glitch with my laptop that prevented me from actually publishing this blog. I'm back in NorCal and fixed the issue (obviously), so expect a torrent of updates this week.

Sorry, I was out of state this weekend and wasn't able to race on the coast. I have covered CCCX races (see http://norcalmtnbikeracing.blogspot.com/2006/02/race-report-cccx-2.html) but I do live about 4 hours away, so its difficult for me to do pre-race coverage.

As of right now (4 PM PST Monday), the CCCX organizers haven't posted the CCCX results. As soon as they are up we'll have a post.

Of course, I would be more than willing to post other (i.e. monterey area locals) pre-race / post-race content.

BTW I hear that Arcata is very nice this time of year :>

I was just teasing you!

I was 4th place sport division I think and I wanted to read all about it!

It was a fun race this last weekend at the CCCX.

Hey i heard that there will be a Vello bella female Mtn Bike clinic on saturday at the CCCX venue, and then any female who does the clinic can race the CCCX race on sunday half price!

there is information on the Velo Bella Web site. Also there will be a high school league race that Sunday as well at the CCCX venue and the expert start times are moved back until 2:30 pm to accomodate the high scholl race which will start at 12:30 pm and use the CCCX course.

So it looks to be a huge weekend for Mtn Bike racing in Ft Ord in Monterey as the Sea Otter groes near!

Hey good job on all the updates! Your site RULES!
